QTEX helps you view market quotes and organize personal watchlists and holdings. The App is not investment advice.

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Account information — such as email address and authentication data when you create or sign in to an account (processed through our authentication provider).
• Profile information — such as an optional display name you choose to save.
• App content you save — such as symbols on your watchlist, lots or holdings you enter, and related preferences stored with your account.
• Technical data — such as device type, app version, and diagnostic or crash data as collected by the platform or tools we use to operate the service.
• Purchase and subscription status — if you subscribe through the App, payment is handled by the app store; we may receive subscription status from our paywall or subscription tooling to unlock features.
• Install attribution (Android) — if you installed from the Google Play Store, we may read the Play install referrer string to understand campaign parameters you arrived with.

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App;
• Authenticate you and sync your saved data across sessions;
• Fetch and display market data relevant to symbols you look up or save;
• Operate paywalls or subscriptions where applicable;
• Comply with law and protect the security and integrity of the service.

We rely on third-party services to run the App, including (for example) cloud hosting and authentication, market data APIs, and in-app purchase or paywall providers. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain your account and saved data while your account is active. You may delete your account from the App's settings where that feature is available; deletion removes associated profile and app data as implemented in our systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate.
